The publication is devoted to the basic stages of stylistic transformation in Malevich's art. The basic place in book is devoted to the Victory Over the Sun (1913). The special article and materials about the process of creation of the opera are devoted to this theme. Album section is based on the materials from the Russian Museum collection and includes two basic sections (Painting, Gouaches and Architectons and Drawings, Water Colors and Printed Graphics). The significant place in book depends to the artist's work created in the period between 1928 and 1933. The book is supplemented with list of names of the artists presented in the publication. 140 coloured illustrations.
