This book completes the development of those ideas that were laid down by the author earlier in the book "Russian Civilization in the Evolutionary Dimension" (Liberty Publishing House, New York, 2023). The goal was to answer the question that was painful for everyone: how could it happen that after the world wars of the 20th century, which seemingly ended with the collapse of Nazism and totalitarianism; After what seemed like an eternal "long peace" in Europe, in the 21st century the world again finds itself faced with an existential confrontation that threatens to result in a catastrophe on a planetary scale? All Western science with its expert consensus was powerless to assume such a current reality. The epicenter of the developing crisis was Russia, the enormous failure of post-Soviet modernization, which was carefully ignored by liberal thought, based on the concepts of unified progress, intercultural exchange and education. Analyzing the origins of this failure, the book proposes to move from the socio-cultural dimension to the evolutionary-civilizational dimension. Man is, first of all, a biological species, and it is necessary to study the social development of its populations only in connection with its biological behavioral properties, using for this the entire enormous potential of modern molecular biology. It is this approach that is developed in the book, where Russian civilization is considered as a current model.
